Liberta, any airport runway is built to very strict requirements, to withstand impact way above (every day) max. takeoff loads of aircraft.

If there are some tunnels or other structures underground - they'd be several meters under.
Everything about airport, above and underground is per ICAO regulations. If somebody is interested in some tunnel - information has to be found in ICAO and other DOCUMENTATION - not in some photo X with light shining through hole in ground.
