Prezydent Izraela: There are people who claim that the State of Israel is compensation for the Holocaust. There is no greater mistake than this kind of thinking. The State of Israel is not compensation for the Holocaust. The State of Israel came into existence because it had the right to exist and Poland is the best embodiment of this right.

Są ludzie, którzy twierdzą, że państwo Izrael jest rekompensatą za Holocaust. Nie ma większego błędu niż tego rodzaju myślenie.  Państwo Izrael nie jest rekompensatą za Holocaust. Państwo Izrael powstało dlatego, że miałoprawo do istnienia, a Polska jest najlepszym ucieleśnieniem tego prawa.
