Sire,
You might receive lots of emails daily. I would like to tell You that I admire You, as You are a very brave person. It is difficult to speak Your viev against so many opposing views. I read Your books, I watch Your films, and I am very puzzled about my faith.
I am a very ortodox Rastafarian. I keep Sabath holy, I eat according to "You shall not kill" principle, I am a strict vegan, even frutarian. I do not drink alcohol, the only weed I use to alter my consciousness is called kaneh bosm in the Old Testament.
We, the Rastas, are very critical about the Bible. But we read it. I think that the Bible is a Book that tries to prove that the dancing king, the David, who danced only in underwear in front of the ark of convenant when it was introduced to Yerusalaim (Yerusalem), is the rightful king, and that his blood line is the line of rightful kings.
Nowadays we do not have dancing kings anymore. Politicians are very rarely humans, they are sad and rarely joke. They do not dance, even in full suit.
If the God of David made David jump in a t-shirt in front of all his people, then I believe in God of the House of David. I believe in the God of Pharaoh Amenhoteph VI (Ekhnaton), which is the first person in history that we know from its informal, personal side. The art from the time of his regency- the Amarna art- was the first time ever in the history that people begun to do realistic art. That they were brave enough to say what they have seen for the first time ever.
Greetings to You and Jah bless You,
RasFufu from Poland
