Ladies and Sirs,

I am a citizen of Poland, and I am displeased with the things I hear about Your main title in Poland, the "Rzeczpospolita".

This title is ostensibly pro-governmental. Well, this political view could be acceptable, but what displeases me a lot, is the level of hatred and prejudice found there. I am of the opinion that the way how the feelings are expressed in this newspaper puts into question the social competences of these people. I cannot find any kindness, openness, good manners.

I once read there a response of the editors of this newspaper to my former lecturer that I know from my university, a well-known economist. He used harsh tone, and was displeased with the "new crew" after some "revolt" that took place somewhere in the past. The response to him was full of strong words and written in a tone that You do not use to scientificians, especially those elderly ones.

When I was a teenager, I used to read this newspaper. A decade later I see what I was reading. "Rzeczpospolita" was one of these newspapers, that were prejudiced to other lifestyles, other cultures. They simply could not understand that there are some people that do not care for money, wear different clothes, have different goals. "Rzeczpospolita" was prejudiced towards all these "different" people, in-between-the-lines you could read that they are dirty, lazy, they are loosers. I would call this stance a sign of social and cultural incompetence.

Due to my summer-time work we have to buy this newspaper for its law supplements. I was not astonished to see that the observations made by me a decade ago still hold. I was somehow mesmerized and fascinated to see how little social and cultural progress can one group of people do. Your newspaper is so undigestible that I am afraid to read a word of the first two pages! I am not joking- it is really scarry to see that the holy catholic inquisition is still in good mood! Its sword is hatred, its arrows are weasel words. And, its enemy is contemporary culcha (culture).
