Why is it so difficult for you to name Germany as an agressor state in World War II? The invasion of Poland on 17 September 1939 was conducted by the military forces of the USSR, in keeping with an international agreement between the USSR and the German state, not the Nazi party.

It might come as a surprise to you, but American soldiers fought and died in WW II in combat against forces of the German state (Deutsches Reich) and not the NSDAP (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, National Socialist German Workers' Party), a political party.

Likewise, Albania was occupied by Italy,  not just by the PNF (Partito Nazionale Fascista, National Fascist Party).
