·        No ale poczekajcie...

Mirosław Dakowski dołączył do swoich zeznań przed Prokuraturą Wojskową pismo, w którym przytoczył fakty świadczące, iż 10 kwietnia 2010 roku doszło do zamachu.

Z inspiracji i pomocy Przyjaciela:

@Albatros ... z lotu ptaka :-)

Jak minęły WAKACJE?
Thanks for asking, but I didn't have any...:-)

Here I wanted to bring your attention (again) to the fact, that images with "crash wrack" are only imitation of satellite images.

Claim "On the next day after the disaster GeoEye-1 satellite of the American GeoEye company flying over the crash site captured high resolution (0.5 m) images of the area, ordered in behalf of the Russian Emercom by ScanEx RDC, which provided these images to the editorial office of the R&D." ---

is poor Engl. translation of idiotic propaganda.

Please search for "Smolensk" or "Russia" or "Western Russia" in GeoEye site and see if any such images "flying over the crash site captured high resolution (0.5 m) images of the area, ordered in behalf of the Russian Emercom by ScanEx RDC" are listed anywhere on Site, Gallery or Archive:

BIEDRONKA013515 | 29.08.2012 10:01

- OUCH!

2 categories of people still deny the obvious,
that Mr. Macierewicz has been generating a lot of smoke instead of "investigation of causes of aircraft accident".
People, employed to yell "ATTACK!" when natural questions rise, and people who have difficulty processing information.

I'd hate to burst "Don't touch A.M.!" bubble, but fact is, any true Investigation involves...actually arriving to crash site...not to mention professional study of it....

Whole conduct and management of investigation, regulatory requirements and qualifications of AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT BOARD OF INQUIRY are outlined by ICAO and NATO.

All information is publicly available.

Please let Public determine whever Mr. Macierewicz or any of Zespol members have necessary qualifications, or if 28-month activity has anything to do with aircraft accident investigation.

COLLECTION OF DATA

Collection of evidence are paramount and actually the AGARD AR-361, discussed the directions and procedures used by various NATO countries in order to collect and interchange data coming from the investigation in order to reach a potential common file.

Information collected and examination of damage should be used for appropiate acquisition of key accident information such, angle of impact, airspeed at impact, attitude at impact, evidence of inflight fire, evidence of ground fire, in-flight structural failure, aircraft configuration and integrity of impact, whether the power plant was producing thrust, if and when ejection or bailout was attempted, phase of flight at impact (recovery, stall, spin, inverted..), evidence of mid-air collision, evidence of fuselage or cockpit intrusion and evidence of inflight incapacitation...

In the case of a mass casualty situation preliminary evaluation of the location and nature of the disaster, number of casualties and availability of resources should be performed in conjunction to careful documentation of injury patterns and accurate identification of data that can be associated to the victim, plus biological sampling for further positive identification procedures.General Aspects in Aircraft Accident Investigation

SEACLUSION01870 | 29.08.2012 17:21

A w dniu wczorajszym dokonałem kolejnego odkrycia:

Jakie  możliwości obserwacji naukowej Ziemi i inwigilacji Świata otwiera technika satelitarna w dobrym i złym znaczeniu o tym poniżej w Aneksie w j. angielskim.

USD, a DigitalGlobe Inc., 3,55 mld. USD.

GeoEye i DigitalGlobe to prywatne firmy posiadające własne satelity do wykonywania satelitarnych zdjęć powierzchni Ziemi o wysokiej rozdzielczości. Korzystają z nich zarówno klienci rządowi, instytucjonalni, jak i komercyjni.

Część budżetu przeznaczona dla GeoEye zawiera 337 mln. USD dotacji na rozwój projektu satelity GeoEye-2. Będzie on komercyjnym satelitą teledetekcyjnym o najwyżej na świecie rozdzielczości zdjęć - 33 cm. Obecnie rekord rozdzielczości zdjęć komercyjnych wynosi 41 cm i należy do satelity GeoEye-1.

Zgodnie z umową z NGA, firma planuje również we wrześniu 2011 roku obniżenie orbity satelity WorldView-2, aby otrzymać zdjęcia o rozdzielczości 41 cm (wobec dotychczasowych 46 cm). Będą one dostępne tylko dla rządu USA. Prawo amerykańskie ogranicza rozdzielczość zdjęć dostępnych komercyjnie do 50 cm.

A $7.3 billion imaging contract awarded by the U.S. government to two commercial satellite operators will help accelerate the launch of new privately-owned reconnaissance spacecraft.

The contract covers commercial imaging services for the next decade and provides $3.8 billion GeoEye Inc. and $3.55 billion to DigitalGlobe Inc., including money to help build new satellites. The agreement is broken into one-year options pending the approval of Congress.

Both companies will receive up to $2.8 billion for imagery purchases, plus different levels of funding for infrastructure enhancements and satellite construction.

The deal was announced Friday by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and executives at the winning companies provided investors with details in conference calls Monday and Tuesday.

GeoEye and DigitalGlobe operate fleets of polar-orbiting satellites to collect high-resolution imagery for government and commercial clients around the world.

"Taken together, the two awards are clear evidence that the nation has made a large and long-term commitment to the commercial imaging providers and that we're going to be a part of the national imagery system for a long time going forward," said Matthew O'Connell, president and CEO of GeoEye of Dulles, Va.

NGA provides satellite and airborne imagery from private and government-owned platforms to military users. GeoEye and DigitalGlobe satellites supplement the government's secretive constellation of even more powerful imaging spacecraft.

The EnhancedView contract unveiled Friday covers services for the next 10 years.

GeoEye's $3.8 billion award includes up to $337 million to go toward the development and launch of GeoEye 2, which will be the world's most sensitive commercial remote sensing satellite. One-third of the government's cost-sharing investment will be available in 2012, and the remainder will be transferred to GeoEye after the launch of GeoEye 2.

The combination of private and public financing should provide "more than sufficient capital" to complete construction of GeoEye 2, said Joseph Greeves, GeoEye's executive vice president and chief financial officer.

With a resolution of 33 centimeters, or 13 inches, GeoEye 2 will be ready for launch by late 2012, according to O'Connell. The GeoEye 1 craft produces imagery with a resolution of 41 centimeters, or 16.1 inches.

"As GeoEye 1 set a new standard in resolution, GeoEye 2 will set an even newer standard," O'Connell told investment analysts Monday.

GeoEye, which also provides imagery to Google Maps, estimates GeoEye 2 will cost between $750 million and $800 million, more than the $502 million cost of GeoEye 1. The company has invested about $145 million the new satellite so far.

"With those new capabilities, plus the control moment gyros that are going to speed collection of points, you have added capability, and I think you have to pay more for that kind of capability," O'Connell said. "It's going to be the best."

Lockheed Martin Corp. is charged with building GeoEye 2, but the operator has not selected a launch provider.

Valerie Webb, a GeoEye spokesperson, said the firm is not restricted to U.S. rockets despite the cost-sharing agreement with NGA. GeoEye 1 launched in 2008 on a Delta 2 rocket, while the older Ikonos satellite blasted off on an Athena rocket in 1999.

A third-generation GeoEye spacecraft should begin development in 2013 for launch in 2017, company officials said.

According to Jill Smith, president and CEO of DigitalGlobe, the company will immediately begin procurement of a new satellite named WorldView 3 for launch in 2014.

"WorldView 3 will be substantially the same as WorldView 2 and will, therefore, benefit from the extensive experience and the associated risk reduction already gained from building and launching WorldView 1 and WorldView 2," Smith said in a conference call Tuesday morning. "By accelerating WorldView 3, we are effectively increasing our total capacity and moving to a core long-term constellation of three WorldView satellites."

WorldView 1 and 2 were manufactured by Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corp. and launched on Delta 2 rockets. DigitalGlobe has not announced a spacecraft or launch contractor for the WorldView 3 mission.

The launch of WorldView 3 and upgrades to ground infrastructure will more than offset the expected end-of-life of the less capable QuickBird satellite, increasing the company's overall capacity by 60 percent by 2015, DigitalGlobe officials said.

DigitalGlobe plans to drop the orbital altitude of WorldView 2 in September 2011, improving its peak resolution from 46 centimeters to 41 centimeters, or about 16.1 inches, for U.S. government clients. Imagery for other users will continue to be downgraded to 50 centimeters, or 19.7 inches, based on regulatory requirements, Smith said.

The NGA also has the option to order another altitude reduction after September 2013 to as low as 308 miles, close to the orbits of the WorldView 1 and QuickBird satellites.

Smith said the NGA will have access to 50 percent of the DigitalGlobe constellation's capacity for the first four years of the EnhancedView contract. That will increase to 60 percent after the launch of WorldView 3.

DigitalGlobe says its $3.55 billion contract includes $750 million for value-added products, infrastructure improvements and other services.

"The U.S. government will have certain priority rights that may require some adjustments in our operational planning and certain product offerings," Smith said Tuesday.

Smith assured investment analysts the NGA deal will not come at the expense of the company's business and international customers.

DigitalGlobe is also developing plans for the replacement of WorldView 1 later in the decade. WorldView 1 was launched in 2007, and WorldView 2 arrived in orbit in 2009.

GeoEye-2 Satellite Sensor

GeoEye's next satellite, GeoEye-2, is in a phased development process for an advanced, third-generation satellite capable of discerning objects on the Earth's surface as small as 0.25-meter (9.75 inch) in size. The company expects to contract with a satellite builder in 2008 and launch the satellite approximately three years after work begins under that contract.

GeoEye-2 will be of the same general class asGeoEye-1 launched on September 6th, 2008(Article: GeoEye-1 Satellite Sensor Launch) and became commercially available on February 5th, 2009. The GeoEye-2 Satellite sensor will benefit from significant improvements in capability, including enhanced direct tasking, and the potential to collect imagery of the Earth’s surface at 0.25-meter or 9.75-inch ground resolution. While GeoEye has an operating license from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to build and launch a satellite constellation with this extremely high ground resolution, the final decision regarding GeoEye-2’s resolution will be made in response to how best to serve customer requirements, as well as consideration of the current regulatory environment. Under current licensing constraints, only U.S. Government customers and specifically designated allies have access to imagery at this highest resolution while commercial customers receive imagery at the highest resolution allowed by U.S. regulations, currently 0.5-meter or 19.5 inch ground resolution.

About the SPOT-5 Satellite Sensor

The SPOT-5 Earth observation satellite was successfully placed into orbit by an Ariane 4 from the Guiana Space Centre in Kourou during the night of 3 to 4 May 2002.

The VEGETATION 2 passenger instrument on SPOT-5 also provides continuity ofenvironmental monitoring around the globe, like its predecessor on SPOT-4.

SPOT Image Corporation is composed of four subsidiaries, including an office in Germany and a dense global network of receiving stations, channel partners, and distributors. Satellite Imaging Corporation is an official distributor for SPOT Image Corporation.

Compared to its predecessors, SPOT-5 offers greatly enhanced capabilities, which provide additional cost-effective imaging solutions. Thanks to SPOT-5's improved 5-metre and 2.5-metre resolution and wide imaging swath, which covers 60 x 60 km or 60 km x 120 km in twin-instrument mode, the SPOT-5 satellite provides an ideal balance between high resolution and wide-area coverage. The coverage offered by SPOT-5 is a key asset for applications such as medium-scale mapping (at 1:25 000 and 1:10 000 locally), urban and rural planning, oil and gas exploration, and natural disaster management. SPOT-5's other key feature is the unprecedented acquisition capability of the on-board HRS stereo viewing instrument, which can cover vast areas in a single pass. Stereo pair imagery is vital for applications that call for3D terrain modeling and computer environments, such as flight simulator databases, pipeline corridors, and mobile phone network planning.

WorldView-2 Satellite Sensor

DigitalGlobe'sWorldView-2 Satellite, launched October 8, 2009, provides 0.5m Panchromatic (B&W) mono and stereo satellite image data.Click here to watch the WorldView-2 launch (courtesy Boeing).

With its improved agility, WorldView-2 is able to act like a paintbrush, sweeping back and forth to collect very large areas of multispectral imagery in a single pass. WorldView-2 alone is able to collect nearly 1 million km2 every day, doubling the collection capacity of our constellation to nearly 2 million km2 per day. And the combination of WorldView-2’s increased agility and high altitude enables it to typically revisit any place on earth in 1.1 days. When added to the satellite constellation, revisit time drops below one day and never exceeds two days, providing the most same-day passes of any commercial high resolution constellation.

The WorldView-2 sensor provides a high resolution Panchromatic band and eight (8) Multispectral bands; four (4) standard colors (red, green, blue, and near-infrared 1) and four (4) new bands (coastal, yellow, red edge, and near-infrared 2), full-color images for enhancedspectral analysis, mapping and monitoringapplications,land-use planning, disaster relief, exploration, defense and intelligence, and visualization andsimulation environments.

WorldView-2 Spectral BandsCoastal Band (400 - 450 nm): This band supports vegetation identification and analysis, and supports bathymetric studies based upon its chlorophyll and water penetration characteristics. Also, this band is subject to atmospheric scattering and will be used to investigate atmospheric correction techniques.

Yellow Band (585 - 625 nm): Used to identify "yellow-ness" characteristics of targets, important for vegetation applications. Also, this band assists in the development of "true-color" hue correction for human vision representation.

Red Edge Band (705 - 745 nm): Aids in the analysis of vegetative condition. Directly related to plant health revealed through chlorophyll production.

Near Infrared 2 Band (860 - 1040 nm): This band overlaps the NIR 1 band but is less affected by atmospheric influence. It supports vegetation analysis and biomass studies.

The WorldView-2 imaging payload is the second such system engineered and manufactured by ITT Space Systems Division for DigitalGlobe. Once deployed, it will operate at an altitude of 770 kilometers, and the advanced on-boardimaging system will capture pan-sharpened,multispectral images (with better than 0.5-meter resolution) from almost 500 miles above the Earth. These images supply unprecedented detail andgeospatial accuracy, further expanding theapplications forsatellite imagery in both commercial and government markets. Added spectral diversity provides the ability to perform precisechange detection and mapping.

In addition to numerous other technical improvements, WorldView-2 also has the ability to accommodate direct tasking, which will allow select customers around the world to load imaging profiles directly up to the spacecraft and execute delivery of the data directly down to their own ground stations.

Podobno obrywa każdy, a ulicami płynie sobie doskonałej jakości… keczup.
