WASHINGTON: Poland has asked to extend its credit line with the International Monetary Fund by US$8 billion, the Washington-based lender said yesterday.
Poland had already received a roughly US$21 billion credit line from the IMF to help reassure investors it has ready access to cash in case of crisis.
