Minsk2 Agreement was signed in the hurry to stop the front combats and cease the bloodshed of citizens.
But according to me it is containing a major bug: It is saying about elections in ''Particular Districts of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts''

l think this approach does not meet the objective of free democratic elections. It is really not what the European set of values mean.
Democratic elections in Donbas mean full scale elections in the whole Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts and NOT only elections in particular districts of these 2 oblasts.
The Minsk2 idea of elections in ''Particular districts of Luhansk and Donetsk Oblasts” follows and gives up the division of the 2 administrative Ukrainian oblasts, a division created by unrestricted violence of war. It suggests that candidates would be nominated and voted only in these particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts. Meanwhile the acceptance of the front line and division as results of war is not the objective of democratic states.
So the Minsk2 should be corrected/amended with the statement that the free election will cover the whole Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. That means that the candidatures will be nominated and voted in the whole 2 oblasts. The candidates will be originating from all the oblast - from the both sides of current demarcation line. They will also be present on the lists in the whole oblast that means in both sides of the current demarcation line.
Such amendment will not accept an artificial partition of 2 oblasts and division of the societies. Next, the amendment will force the imagination of the involved societies toward attitudes of acting in the frame of Ukrainian constitution and political codex.

Uważam, że takie podejście nie jest zgodne z celem wolnych demokratycznych wyborów. To naprawdę nie jest to, co oznacza europejski zestaw wartości.
Demokratyczne wybory w Donbasie oznaczają pełne wolne wybory w obu całych regionach donieckim i ługańskim, a nie tylko wybory w poszczególnych obwodach tych 2 regionów.
Koncepcja wyborów Mińsk2 "w szczególnych obwodach regionów ługańskiego i donieckiego" podąża za podziałem dwóch administracyjnych regionów ukraińskich, podziału utworzonego przez nieograniczoną przemoc wojenną. Sugeruje to, że kandydaci byliby nominowani i głosowani tylko w tych konkretnych obwodach regionu donieckiego i ługańskiego. Tymczasem akceptacja linii frontu i podziału jako rezultatu chaotycznej wojny nie jest celem państw demokratycznych.
Tak więc Mińsk 2 powinien zostać poprawiony / uzupełniony dodatkową umową, że wolne wybory będą obejmować całe regiony doniecki i ługański. Oznacza to, że kandydatury będą nominowane i głosowane w całych 2 regionach. Kandydaci będa pochodzić z obszaru całego regionu tj. po obu stronach obecnego frontu/linii demarkacyjnej, Tak samo będą oni na listach wyborczych po obu stronach obecnego frontu.
Taka poprawka nie akceptuje sztucznego podziału 2 regionów i podziału społeczeństw. Następnie poprawka zmusi wyobraźnię zaangażowanych społeczeństw do postawy współdziałania w ramach ukraińskiej konstytucji i kodeksu politycznego.
